At Lillie Mae Chocolates, our gourmet popcorn is crafted with the same care and standards we’ve brought to chocolate-making for decades. Every batch starts with Iowa-grown popcorn kernels, popped fresh and made in small batches using sweet cream butter, pure cane sugar, and real vanilla.

For our chocolate popcorns, we go beyond a decorative drizzle. Each batch is immersed and enrobed in real chocolate, so chocolate becomes part of every bite, not just something sprinkled on top. Guided by owners Tom and Aimee’s decades of hands-on chocolate-making experience, our popcorn reflects a true confectionery approach - where generous coating, real ingredients, and bold flavor aren’t extras… they’re simply how it’s done.
