Meet the candy that made us famous. Our TorTush is a Lillie Mae original—our handcrafted take on the classic turtle candy, and the one treat our customers can’t get enough of.

We start with homemade, buttery-soft caramel, cooked in small batches until it reaches that perfect, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Next, we layer in a hearty crunch of fresh pecans and English walnuts, giving each bite a rich, nutty balance. Then comes the indulgence: every cluster is generously dipped in our luscious milk chocolate. To finish, we tip each piece in creamy white chocolate for a signature look and irresistible flavor contrast.
